The Green Mountain Steak

Preparation

Grill 11 MIN.

Preheat the grill. Rub defrosted steak with some vegetable oil and grill over medium heat, turning several times, for about 11 minutes in total.

Pan 8-10 MIN.

Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the defrosted steak for a total of approx. 8-10 minutes on both sides.

Combi-Steamer 8-10 MIN.

Preheat oven to 180 °C heat (0% humidity). Cook the defrosted steak in it for approx. 8-10 minutes.
