Preheat the grill. Rub the defrosted fillet with some vegetable oil and grill at medium heat (approx. 160 °C), turning several times, for about 12 minutes.
Heat some vegetable oil over a medium heat. Fry the defrosted fillet on both sides for a total of about 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (0% humidity). Rub the defrosted filet with some vegetable oil and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.
