GENERAL DETAILS

Our Hot N Cold Schnitzel can be served cold directly after defrosting or, alternatively, it can be heated in a deep fryer or combi-steamer.
Storage instructions: Store frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Preparation

Cold consumption.

Defrost the escalope and continue to prepare.

Deep fryer 1 MIN.

Deep fat fryer: Add sufficient oil to the deep fat fryer and preheat to 175 °C. Fry the frozen escalope in the oil for about 1 minute. Remove any excess oil with kitchen paper.

Combi-Steamer 6 MIN.

Bake the frozen escalope in the preheated combi steamer at 170 °C hot air for approx. 6 minutes until crispy.
