Our schnitzel can be prepared both in the pan and in the deep fryer. The latter achieves the best result.

Preheat pan with sufficient vegetable oil at medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the frozen escalope for about 6 minutes on both sides.
Add sufficient oil to the deep fat fryer and preheat to 165 °C. Fry the frozen escalope in the oil for about 4 minutes. Remove any excess oil with kitchen paper.
Bake the defrosted escalope in the preheated combi steamer at 200 °C hot air for approx. 8 minutes until crispy. For frozen escalopes, the baking time is extended by 2 minutes.
