We redefined the classic – and it tastes as delicious as you’d expect! This smoked sausage contains fine spices and all the expertise of the butcher’s trade.

It is suitable as a classic curry sausage, in a hot dog or even in a “sausage wrap”. Of course, it can also be used in savoury classics such as grilled sausage with sauerkraut or Bavarian sausage salad – and as a vegan version it will convince any flexitarian.

INGREDIENTS

Water, rapeseed oil, hydrolysed vegetable protein 5% (SOYA protein, Potatoes protein), thickener (cellulose, euchema algae, konjac), salt, inulin, spices, citrus fibers, concentrated lemon juice, smoked sea-salt (seasalt, sunflower oil, smoke), acidifying agent (sodium acetates, lactic acid), colouring beetroot juice concentrate, colours (iron hydroxide, silicon dioxide), vitamin B12.

GENERAL DETAILS

Allow to defrost before further processing.
Storage instructions: Store frozen at a minimum of -18 °C, do not refreeze after defrosting.

Preparation

Pan 4-6 MIN.

Slice the thawed sausage in bite-size chunks and cook  slices in a preheated curry sauce on medium heat for 4-6 minutes.

Cook the defrosted sausages in the frying pan on a medium level and fry evenly on all sides for 4-6
minutes.

Combi Steamer 6-8 MIN.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook the defrosted sausages for 6-8 minutes.
