The product is suitable for classic staples such as pan-fried slices of meatloaf or as a whole oven-baked meatloaf. INGREDIENTS

Water, rapeseed oil 15 %, pea protein 4 %, thickeners (carrageenan, methyl cellulose, konjac), fermented onion extract, natural flavouring, glucose, fava bean protein, spices, manioc starch, vinegar, linseed flour, salt, smoked sea salt (sea salt, sunflower oil, smoke), sunflower oil, colour iron oxides and hydroxides.

GENERAL DETAILS

Allow to defrost before further processing.
Storage instructions: Store frozen at a minimum of -18 °C, do not refreeze after defrosting.
Once defrosted, the Meatloaf can be stored for 3 days in it’s packaging.
Suitable for cold consumption.

Preparation

Pan 4-6 Min.

Preheat pan to medium heat, then fry approx. 1 cm thick slices with some oil for 4-5 minutes per side.

Combi steamer 60 Min.

Roast the whole thawed meatloaf (5°C) without its packaging in the combi steamer at 150 °C and 40% steam until the core temperature reaches 75°C (approx. 60 minutes).
