Storage instructions: Store frozen at a minimum of -18 °C, do not refreeze after defrosting.
Once defrosted, the Meatloaf can be stored for 3 days in it’s packaging.

Preheat pan to medium heat, then fry approx. 1 cm thick slices with some oil for 4-5 minutes per side.
Roast the whole thawed meatloaf (5°C) without its packaging in the combi steamer at 150 °C and 40% steam until the core temperature reaches 75°C (approx. 60 minutes).
