Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the defrosted balls for approx. 4-6 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
Place the frozen balls on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cook at 170 °C and 20 % steam in a preheated combi steamer for 8-10 minutes.
