Preparation

FRYING PAN/PLANCHA 10 MINUTES

Place the frozen patty on the grill at medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

DEEP FAT FRYER 4 MINUTES

Add sufficient oil to the deep fat fryer and preheat to 175 °C. Fry the frozen patty in the oil for about 4-5 minutes. Remove any excess oil with kitchen paper.

COMBI STEAMER 8-9 MINUTES

Bake the frozen patties in the preheated combi steamer at 180° C hot air for approx. 8-9 minutes until crispy.
